We generally advise you to book the décor 9 months – 1 year in advance to ensure the availability of the décor items and the decorator for the specific date . Summer and fall are the best season for weddings in Canada which is very short, so strongly recommend to hire a decorator as early as possible to avoid missing the chance, Also hiring a decorator early will give them enough time to visit your wedding location in advance and plan your wedding designs accordingly.
As being served GTA events for over 12 years, We familiar with the most of venues, restaurants, hotels, conference centres, golf clubs. We will also check your location on line, We usually will get a floorplan of your room two weeks prior your date.
Usually decor team entering your room starts from 10am in the morning(depends on venue, some are open at 11am), We usually working on the job about 2-4 hours, But definitely before your event start.
Yes. We will deliver to anywhere within GTA and surrounding areas.
We suggest finalize your decor as early as possible before your materials and items been booked especially on wedding peak season. However, New ideas always pop up with bride during the planning, We have no problem with the changes as long as the decor materials still available.
We would suggest talking to your venue coordinator to see whether the venue is available in the days leading up to your wedding. If they don’t have any events in the days prior, you could potentially come in a few days prior to your wedding and dress the tables with all your DIY items yourself.
If this is not an option, perhaps you can leave your DIY items with on-the-day coordinator is a great option. We also helping set up DIY by a reasonable labor charges.
It’s all about balance. Balancing your colors to get the effect you are after. Have a base colour and incorporate the other colours to complement and enhance your theme. Use complementary colours – don’t try and use colours that don’t match as this will look over done and out of place.

Yes, We will do a tablescape with flowers and tablecloth , chair over etc., ensure you have a good visual of what things will look like prior to your wedding day , However we will likely not set up everything like backdrop for a example.
If your ceremony and reception are in the same place, we will likely need about 3 hours in total after the ceremony turn into a reception. Ideally, our décor team will work in conjunction with the venue to ensure a smooth transition.
It's a good idea to do a mock-up to see how can apply our eyes to your vision. This way, any necessary adjustments to your flowers and budget can be made before the big day. Additional costs will be charged.
Yes, 30% deposit requires to sealed your date. The balance will be paid two weeks prior your date.
